What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your email address, which form you used (workbook, course waitlist, chapter notification, or assessment roadmap), and — if you request the roadmap — your assessment result (stage and weakest layer). Assessment answers themselves never leave your browser unless you ask for the roadmap. The scorecard runs entirely in your browser; nothing you enter there leaves the page.
What we do with it
We send you exactly the email you asked for, and keep your address on the relevant list so we can send the one follow-up we promised (a launch note, a tool going live). No drip sequences, no reselling, no sharing with advertisers — ever. The weekly letter is separate and lives on Substack, with its own subscription.
Who processes it
Resend sends the email and stores the list. Vercel hosts the site. Google Analytics gives us anonymous visit counts (standard cookies; block them freely — the site works identically). That’s the whole list.
Getting removed
Reply to any email we send, or write to contact@orchestratingintelligence.academy, and you’re deleted — a person reads that inbox. No forms, no “retention periods.”
