Anand “Andy” Padia is an enterprise technology and AI executive, systems thinker, and the author of Orchestrating Intelligence. He spent more than two decades building regulated banking platforms before moving to the tools, guardrails, operating models, and governance that help enterprise AI systems survive contact with reality.

Now he builds the tools, guardrails, and governance that decide whether an enterprise AI deployment survives contact with reality. He has been the builder whose craft got cheaper, and the leader who had to decide what to do about it. That double vantage — hands on the code, hands on the org chart — is the book.
